Testing Services

UA Sierra Vista offers testing services for a variety of students, community members, and others. Our current offerings include:

  • Pearson VUE Authorized Testing Center
  • CASTLE Authorized Testing Center
    • As needed, a variety of vendors
    • Sierra Vista location
  • UA Second Language Proficiency Testing
    • As needed for UA students at UA Sierra Vista

Additionally, exam proctoring for UA classes is available by request.

Testing is managed by Elsie Estrada, Testing Coordinator, at 520-626-1702. Please refer to the sponsor or vendor websites for fees, test duration, and related questions. If you are enrolled in a Continuing Education course, the exam fee is included in class tuition and a voucher number will be given to you upon completion. Finding the Testing Center:

The University of Arizona Sierra Vista VUE testing center is located on the UA Sierra Vista campus at 1140 North Colombo Ave (to the rear of the Cochise College campus) on the east side of Sierra Vista. Detailed directions are below.

DETAILED DIRECTIONS: From the intersection of Highway's 90 and 92 (Valero/Chili's, Outback/Schlotzsky's), head north on the Highway 90 Bypass to Campus Drive (across from Walmart). Turn east (right) on Campus Drive and continue to the first stop sign at Colombo Ave. Turn left onto Colombo Ave, then make the first right into the north driveway of Cochise College. Follow the A signs to the end of the road where it empties into a large parking lot. Enter Groth Hall (first building as you enter the parking lot) at the Main Entrance facing the parking lot. Check-in for your exam at the reception desk inside the first door on the right. Call 626-1702 if lost.


University of Arizona Weapons Policy

Arizona Board of Regents Policies 5-302 and 5-303 prohibit the use, possession, display, or storage of any weapons, explosive device, or fireworks on the University of Arizona campus and on all land and in all buildings owned or under the control of the University of Arizona on behalf of the Arizona Board of Regents, except as provided in ARS ยง12-781. No concealed carry permit exempts a person from this policy.
